I make handcrafted furniture and custom woodwork in Atlanta, Georgia. With all my work, my goal is to showcase the natural beauty and growth found within our local trees.

Last big project of the year! Solid black walnut breakfast table. The top came from one very long slab, and all of the intricate parts of the base came from two very old beams that were passed along to me a few years ago. Custom made for a client of
New bench at Deepdene - part of Olmsted Linear Parks. It’s a great place to take walk and a rest.
Oops, first picture cut off the top... Finally finished this hutch. I had been eager and hoping to do something like this for a while and had great luck of finding someone who wanted a piece like it, and let me go at it after showing them some sketch
Here are a few more pics of the Tree Table. I could get lost in the work details, but the gist of it is the deconstruction and reconstruction of a tree. We had a complex design, and stuck with the objective of only using wood from the original tree.
And it all started with a big pile of wood! But not any old wood... It all came from a 140 year old white oak on the History Center campus. I’ll leave that story for the History Center to tell, but will say that they had the amazing forethought
I’m thrilled to share that the Tree Table at the Atlanta History Center is now open to the public. I spent over 1,000 hours during a period of seven months working on this. I installed the last piece in early March, but only saw it all together
