Every Tree Has A Story.
I am a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and have spent my years exploring the Southeast, in between the southern Appalachians and the barrier islands. I have been passionate about woodworking since I was young and making backyard treehouses.
These days, I have expanded beyond treehouses to build strong, durable furniture and wood installations. I specialize in building pieces with our local trees to celebrate the region’s natural diversity.
From conception to completion, I approach every piece with dedication to detail and perfection. The unifying feature of my pieces — whether they are furniture, benches, kitchenware or otherwise — is to showcase the natural beauty and strengths within the wood. From unique grain patterns to select salvaged wood, my woodworking draws attention to the wood’s intrinsic character.
As a lifelong guitarist, I appreciate and understand the act of combining creativity with perseverance to create finished, original structures. I bring the same enthusiasm and appreciation for the arts to my woodworking.
I am open to many types of woodworking projects and would love to help you bring creative woodworking projects to life.
In my spare time, when I am not obsessing over the minutiae of my current projects, you can find me adventuring through the woods with my wife and two young daughters.
